It's a pretty sad day when we lose someone as personable and good as Steve. He was a classmate back in the St. Francis Mission days and we've remained good friends since then. Steve had the best sense of humor! He would often stop by my office to say hello and talk about issues that he cared about. He was always quick with a word of encouragement or a funny joke or story. As the chairman of the RST Judiciary Committee, Steve's goal was to improve judicial services for our people. My sincerest condolences to Steve's family, he will be missed greatly. 🌹🌹🌹
