Olive Maxine Quick Bear was born October 16, 1938 at home in Corn Creek, SD to Eunice Red Fish and Garfield Quick Bear. Maxine made her journey on May 19, 2018 in Rapid City, SD.
Maxine is survived by her sister Itice Page; sons: Archy Brown, Sr., Leo Brown, Jr. and Manual Brown of Rapid City, SD and Dion Brown, Sr. of Eagle Butte, SD; daughters: Cecilia Oglesby, Beverly Brown and Beyonce Williams of Rapid City, SD and Olivia Williams of Sioux Falls, SD; 49 grandchildren, a great many great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Maxine was preceded in death by her parents: Eunice Red Fish and Garfield Quick Bear; husbands: Leo C. Brown, Sr. and Casey Williams; daughters: Raeline, Kathy Faye and Vanitti; sons: Gary and Chad Michael; grandchildren: Robert Jr, Michael, Mona and Gerard; great grandchild, Kalani; sister, Elaine Quiver; and brother, Manual Quick Bear.
