Condolence: I knew Norman way way back when he was a vice- president for rosebud Sioux tribe and also the rodeo years. Norman was a real gentlemen always joking,laughing. He did love to tease .Norman helped out when and where he can. He never turn his back on a friend. Thank you Norman for being my friend. I will say a prayer that the wind will always be on your back as you take the final ride into the journey world. Until we meet again ride on cowboy the cowboys have called you home.
